First year jitters? Relax, we’ve got you covered! Your Varsity Studios experience starts with an incredible Welcome Week. Our young resident leaders are ready to assist with your transition into the awesome life of a student. Remember, they’ve been there too.

Whether you’re a little shy or the life of the party – there’s always something… or someone for you. Make connections and forge friendships with regular social events, study groups or simple “HEY’s” down our vibing corridors.

Play hard, work hard and unlock excellence. From study and workplace workshops to mentorship groups and tutor programs, our academic support structure can help you tap into your true potential to tackle what storms your way.

A word to the parents – If you’re worried about safety, this should set your mind at ease. We offer 24-hour, on-site security, keeping a careful eye on our state-of-the-art CCTV security cameras. Biometric access and turnstiles secure each entrance, making Varsity Studios one of Hatfield’s safest buildings.

FACILITIES

Whatever it is that you do, do it! We’ve got what you need to be you.

Need to brainstorm for that group assignment? Search the web for what exactly “snollygoster” means? Or simply hang with the mates around the pool table, streaming your custom beats using the uncapped Wi-Fi? Do it all in our communal computer, study and games rooms. So, we not only keep you entertained, we keep you connected.

Bask, workout, play… but most importantly, breathe in the fresh air in our outdoor areas. From our vibing courtyard to our communal rooftop, equipped with an outdoor gym, tennis court and shady patches of turf to unwind after the grind.

Realise those culinary dreams in our fully-equipped kitchens. Come together and cook up a feast. Gone are the days where you have to cook in a microwave or boil eggs in a kettle… but if that’s your style, you be you, boo.

We know that no one likes to do laundry, but someone has to do it. So, we’ve made it as convenient as possible with a laundry room on each floor. Wash, soak, tumble or hang it out to dry – your laundry or your secrets – your choice.

There are two gender-assigned, fully-equipped ablutions per floor. These include enclosed showers, changing rooms, toilet cubicles and vanities… and for the sake of privacy, we shall stop there.
